Pretty good sound, but definitely a few things I’m not satisfied with. - Kara - New Jersey
I needed a new pair of iPhone 3G headphones since my original Apple headphones mic\button finally bit the dust. Poor thing. I spent weeks looking for a new pair. I went to Target, Walmart, FYE, and tried a bunch. I have sensitive ears and boy were the Apple headphones painful in my ear after like, 1 minute. I wanted ones that were not over the head and went in ear. So after a ton of research, I tried these. On the first try, the button didn’t work. It took a restart of my phone to get them to work.

I’m wearing the buds that are in the picture and they work the best out of all the other buds for me. It feels weird, but you really have to push these bad boys deep into your ear in order for two things to happen: the noise isolation to REALLY work and for them to stay in snugly. The ends are surprisingly heavy! The biggest complaint is the mic\button. One, it’s on the left side, instead of on the right (like the Apple headphones). Two, it’s located pretty high up. Three, (and this is the worst of it) you have to find the button ON the button to get it to work. How to explain this… from afar, the mic\button looks just like the Apple one, when it comes to length and width. But when you get up close, you see that this is not ACTUALLY the button that you press. There is a tiny slim button ON TOP of the big flat button! And it’s only on one side! So when someones trying to talk to you or call you, you have to remember that the mic\button is on the left side, much higher than usual, find the tiny button on ONE side, then press it dead on. By this time the phone’s nearly done ringing or the person’s walked away.

The good thing is that when everything is set up correctly, it sounds pretty good on bass and the mic\button does do exactly what the Apple iPhone Headphones do (not the 3Gs ones).
